Our current provider takes forever to get back to us! We quite often have meetings with account managers who promise us great service but then the follow through with getting the work done always takes a long time, and WE keep having to follow THEM up

System X, or Issue X just keeps happening, they are always quick to fix it when we call for help, but we wish it didn’t keep breaking all the time

We have options that include no contract, basic contract, and premium contract and NONE of them are fixed term, they are all month to month.
